- Qaf to learn Qur'an courses are completely private online lessons between the student and the instructor.
Information like Email Address, Phone Number, Name and surname will not be shared. The only third party used to power our website is WIX.com to help us develop better services to students. The contact information will be used just between Qaf and the students.
Personal Information we collect
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers , email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Subscribe Information”.
These information will be shared with Payment Gateway providers to provide the ability of Purchasing the course online using debit or credit card.
Refund
we provide an introductory session so students are able to discuss and learn about the courses with instructor before subscribing to any monthly paid course. our sessions are monthly subscribed and student can cancel anytime but the month fee that has been paid will not be refunded. usually Reading Qur'an and Arabic Learning would take between 6 to 8 month depends on the student age and the ability of learning. if the student finishes the exam and approved by the instructor in less than 6 month the subscription will be canceled automatically and no more fee will be collected from the student.
Registration and Subscription
we encourage students to check out introductory Sessions before making any subscription so they can have an idea about learning Arabic and Qur'an course before getting start.
we provide learning to ages to all Ages above 5 years old. because our sessions are provided online privately 1 to 1, the instructors will give best learning to the specific age.
NOTE: students must be registered by their parents if they are under 18 years old.
Cancelation: student can cancel subscription anytime by logging into their account
